Healthy Human Review

Overview

Healthy Human is a fairly basic but dependable bottle design that will keep your drink well-insulated.  It comes with a comfortable, rigid, and roomy 3-finger handle, along with a light-duty carabiner to clip your bottle to a bag.

But in my opinion, the main differentiator is how Health Human's standard lid (twist all the way on/off to sip) limits plastic contact with your drink by having stainless steel under the lid.  This is a niche but growing need in the market, and there are not many alternatives.

Overall, if you're looking for a bottle with all the bells-and-whistles or that's all over social media, Healthy Human isn't a great fit.  But if you're looking for a reliable bottle that has great insulation and helps avoid plastic contact with your water, Healthy Human is a great option to consider.

Why Buy?

• Plastic Under the Lid: Healthy Human's standard lid that you screw all the way off to take a sip has stainless steel under the lid to limit plastic contact with your drink.
• Good Insulation: Healthy Human's above-average insulation results and spout cap make it a good option for sipping icy water all day.
• Good Sized Handle: The 3-finger handle is comfortable and roomy enough for most people's grips.

Why Avoid?

• Mid-Sized Mouth Opening: It's not quite small enough to be a chug lid, and not wide enough to be easier to clean. You'll definitely need a bottle brush.  (The narrower neck helps with insulation though)
• Limited Color Options and Lids: As a smaller brand, they don't have the wide range of options you could find with Owala, YETI, or Hydro Flask.

• Are Healthy Human bottles dishwasher safe? | The lid is top-rack safe, but the bottle is handwash recommended (though this is likely just to prevent cosmetic damage).
• Are Healthy Human bottles good? | With a mid-range price point, Healthy Humans are a good jack-of-all-trades bottles that doesn't excel in anything in particular, but it doesn't have any major drawbacks either.
• Do Healthy Human bottles fit in cupholders? | Their 32oz bottles will not fit in most cupholders, so consider buying an adapter like our BottlePro Max.

• Are Healthy Human bottles stainless steel? | Yes, Healthy Humans are made with dual-wall stainless steel with vacuum insulation.
• Are Healthy Human bottles durable? | Yes, to an extent.  Stainless steel is strong, but the bottle will dent if you drop it.  The lid is a simple design that feels robust without any obvious weak points.
